[sc-dev] array type tags

Hi all,

  I am going to alter asOSCArgArray to insert array type tags for all  
levels (rather than flattening as
it does now).  This will (eventually) allow arbitrary array structures  
to be sent between copies of the language.

The server commands n_set and s_new ignore array tags beyond one level  
of nesting, since everything flattens to an
array of controls.
