[sc-dev] Help Tree in Help menu?

Hi all,

It occurs to me that it would be pretty easy to add the help tree  
(Help.addToMenu) to the Help menu at startup. So far n CocoaMenuItem  
we've made it impossible to mess with the existing menus, but this  
could be a 'private' method.

The methods of finding help are piling up, but people might like this  
option.
