[sc-dev] Links in the doc files

As you may have noticed, I went through a lot of files, not just gui
files, and fixed broken links. I wrote a few lines of code that search
through the help files for broken links.

Currently, there are a lot of broken links in the two add on libraries.
I will post a list of them soon.

I would like to propose that we stop using the SC: links altogether, or
only for very special purposes. They aren't cross-platform compatible. I
will get rid of these in the regular SC help files.
