Either you want w3m (inside emacs) to wrap or not to wrap longer lines
than the frames width you can toggle 'visual-line-mode in emacs.

Theres nothing wrong with the design.  This is an attempt to get the
html inside to display just as fine across browsers.

I think the discussions have been more related to limitations in tools
people prefer to work with.
