[sc-dev] fixing typos

Even after proof reading several times, I am humbled that people still
find typo's in my help docs. It proves the point that on line proof
reading is supposed to catch only 40% of errors (printed was only 70%
actually, if I remember correctily). And and author tends to read what's
in his/her head, and not what's on the screen.

So all of you are welcome to fix these directly in the help files and
commit them.

You should do this with a plain text code editor, so that syntax
hiliting gets retained. I have batch-replaced all of the double spacing,
(in Apple's html, <span class="Apple-converted-space">), so you can
easily search for the typo you see. I don't think there is too much
danger of people interfering with versions, if you commit the change
immediately.

any further suggestions are welcome of course.
