you could do all of this with divs and style sheets, and a few tags and
even end up with easy to read html markup. A web editor like tinymce can
be easily configured to only allow styles according to a style sheet.
you would have perfect html and it would be cross platform.
intuitions are good and I agree, but reformatting all the help files a
huge task.
