[sc-dev] GUI Introduction draft finished

OK, I've committed my draft of the new GUI intro. GUI.html is now a
regular class help file. GUI-Overview.html is where you start, and
GUI-Classes gives you a complete table of GUI-class and redirecters.

Comments, additions and suggestions welcome.
