I borrowed a win laptop and managed to get latest SC compiled nicely. However, it's a *big* job to create an installer, involves some fiddly stuff which I certainly don't understand yet...
We have tried this as well. Lots of dlls that have to be included, if I understood/ remember correctly. It would be nice to have a win 3.3 version with the Mouse stuff working. Then it becomes really good for workshops. (that swingosc mousex wasn't really good solution, imho).
