Summary: Convolution UGens should all use SC_fftlib

Initial Comment:
One of the convolution UGens has been moved over to use the new SC_fftlib (instead of the old fftlib), but the others haven't yet. It would be good to get this done (before 3.3? maybe), whch would finally remove the slow old fftlib from all the scsynth.
