[Sc-devel] GUI-skins

I propose GUI-setSkin

which of course sets the skin,
but also would set the default font
(thus saving lots of extraneous runtime font creation down the line ...)

also I think Helvetica looks way better than the default Monaco for guis

* Add skins by GUI.skins.put(skinName,( fontSpecs: etc.  )  )
* Set that as default here.
*setSkin { arg skinName;
skin = skins[skinName];
