[Sc-devel] New Info.plist

I've made several changes to the Info.plist to make the file formats  
available in the save dialog clearer. This may have messed things up  
for someone, so please test it! I've asked Josh to hold off on the RC5  
release for a day or so to ensure that these settings are acceptable.
