this seems to be fine.
all views use getDrawBounds() now to determine their position rather
than mBounds.

Okay, simply adding this seems to solve it:
SCRect SCScrollTopView::getDrawBounds()
{
return checkMinimumSize();
}
Can anyone see any reason not to commit this?
