I find the inclusion of the other stuff very pleasant, but the 21 MB
download takes quite a long time for me, and I'm on broadband. Many
parts of the world don't have ubiquitous broadband - so, although I
don't like to say it, I think shrinking the download size by a factor
of 10 is quite a strong argument for not including the other stuff.
The source code certainly isn't needed in the beginner's bundle!

So I'd vote (for the official 3.2 release) for having two binary zips:
one "standard" download without quarks/source/sc3-plugins; and one
"bumper" version with all in.
