Hi,

Also just checked out and built the latest source, and notice that the
files pa_win_waveformat.h and pa_win_waveformat.c (from portaudio) are
missing from the scsynth project, it doesn't build without them.

They're in the portaudio/include and portaudio/src/os/win folders respectively.
