sure... why not do this and add in a method for curl-ing binaries?
update - updates sc files
updateBinary - uses curl to grab binaries.
install - install sc files
installBinary - installs binaries with curl
Then, if a devs Quark needs to have a binary installed, it can either
be run when the quark is loaded as a dependency, or a message can tell
the user to run the install/update binary method?
