Re: [Sc-devel] PsyCollider 3.1 - TCP & FFT
Christopher,
I tried this release.
There are a couple of annoyance things from the past...
1) I think Unicode is not allowed in a code window, when you have forexample an 'è' the file is not saved and in the command window thefollowing is displayed:
Traceback (most recent call last): File "Psycollider.py", line 723, in OnSaveFile File "Psycollider.py", line 735, in OnSaveFileInWin File "Psycollider.py", line 763, in OnSaveFileAsInWinUnicodeEncodeError: 'ascii' codec can't encode character u'\xe8' in position 0:ordinal not in range(128)
2) When you open a Pycollider saved sc file on OS X there's a newline added.
3) I find a -p subdirectory in my Psycollider installation folder, perhaps it's connected with the following error (sorry it's inItalian):
WARNING:No valid temp directory found. Please set this manually using PathName.tmp_// History.logFolder: C:\Documents and Settings\sfogar.INFOSERVER\SuperCollider/HistoryLogsSottodirectory o file -p già esistente.Errore occorso durante l'elaborazione: -p.Sottodirectory o file C:\Documents and Settings\sfogar.INFOSERVER\SuperCollider/synthdefs/ già esistente.Errore occorso durante l'elaborazione: C:\Documents and Settings\sfogar.INFOSERVER\SuperCollider/synthdefs/.Class tree inited in 1.77 secondsbooting 57110
All the best
