[sc-dev] behaviour of first impulse in filter

probably due to the fact that there is no value before it, Ringz does 
not resonate on an impulse that comes as first sample:

{ DelayL.ar(Ringz.ar(Impulse.ar(3, 0.01), 800, 1), 1, 1) }.play

should it maybe be initialized to 0 first?
