Re: [sc-dev] document types/extensions

Hi Stefan,

Just catching up on list mail from 2 weeks ago!

I'll add this to the OSX app when I get a moment, and include it in help file searches.

sorry to bring this up once again, but i'd like to clean up
the indexing of help files in emacs: could we agree on a
file extension for SC code that does not contain class
definitions and can be used for scripts and help files? my
proposal would be .scd (SC document).

if there is a conensus i'll rename all my help files and
would suggest other package authors do so, too, as
appropriate ...

i've added .scd as a document file extension to scel and
removed support for help files ending in .sc; as a benefit
extension directories are now indexed recursively and .scd
files can be intermingled with class files.

i'd be grateful if someone (scott?) could add support for
the new extension to the OSX app, so packages can be used on
all platforms (don't know about help files on windows) ...
