[sc-dev] Function-scope zoom default?

Just a thought:

Should Function-scope have a default zoom of 1? As it is now if you 
change the zoom in Function-scope it persists until you close the scope 
window, which is arguably counterintuitive, as if you may get 
unpredictable results when scoping other functions. I can see the point 
of this with Server-scope, but perhaps Function should have a default. 
Anyone disagree?
