Server doc was (long ago): [sc-dev] concurrent conditions

Just updating the Server doc (finally) to cover the asynchronous 
execution stuff (Merry Xmas SC-users...), and I'm just wondering if I 
should include schedSync. From the last post below, it seems like it's 
dead in the water, although the method is still in the class.
