i give directions to find the DLLs on the web in the readme file so
that's ok
i have the "file release" rights. is it normal i don't find the options
to create
a package on my admin page ?
also, now that the package exists, i guess i'll be allowed to put new
.zip files
into it...

Hi all,
I have created a new file package on the sourceforge site (and uploaded
the .zip file into it). I did not include the MS-dlls because I am not
sure of the legal implications of doing so. If these are free to
distribute via sourceforge, please tell me and I include them. The Mac
and Windows versions are now clearly seperated in the files section:
