I fixed that in the Xcode project a few hours ago.
I just checked in a changed project for ProjectBuilder.

Now that Xcode 1.1 is released and ProjectBuilder doesn't work 
correctly for building the plugins under Panther, I'd like to stop 
supporting ProjectBuilder myself. If someone else wants to check in 
fixes to these projects, fine. For me, it is extra trouble and I can't 
properly test it on Panther.
