[sc-dev] SC_CoreMIDI.cpp changes approval? (was: MIDI on linux)

this might have gone unnoticed, so i'm reposting under a different
subject.

i need confirmation that the MIDI primitives work on OSX as before for
being able to commit the linux stuff.
