[sc-dev] minor Date bug

Hi,

 There appears to be some kind of off by one error in Date for the month.
	d = Date.getDate
	Sat ???  6 10:59:45 2003
	d.month
	12

	d.month_(d.month - 1)
	Sat Dec  6 11:00:18 2003
	d.month
	11

It looks to me like the culprit is strftime(), but that is part of CoreServices
