do we have any resolution on the unsteadiness of
tempoclock scheduling when windows get moved? 

I'm preparing my performance system and tempoclock
freezes while windows are moved/switch between
applications/windows, then catches up by releasing
events it should have played in a burst. Which is
totally unsatisfactory for live use... 

Is there something in tempoclock which is allowing
this operating system dependent trouble (since linux
users don't report these problems and someone claimed
SystemClock was exempt- I might be wrong on that)? 

Julian already posted example code. But try any
tempoclock process in lang alone and then move a
window about...
