i used to launch it with "detach thread with invocation" (or words to that effect)

and to use detach thread, one must create one's own autorelease pool. i should remove it
now. that isn't the problem though, is it ?

but then i thought it was correct to wait for the app clock to tick and for you (sorry james,
i am personifying your code) would do all the invocations.

rather than NSThread detachNewThreadSelector:toTarget:withObject:, and screw up the language,
use your SCVirtualMachine- defer


not sure i explained that right.
