[sc-dev] SC list proposal

Hi there,

I want to propose a splitting of the mailing lists, so that SC3 related 
user questions are posted to sc-users at create and SC2 related stuff 
goes to the old sc-users at io.com.
Not to forget dev related stuff to sc-dev at create.

This should make it easier for all of us to access the information needed.
