[sc-dev] SC Server Documentation

Now that SC Server is released, I think writing documentation would be a good start... It would probably help us get a better grasp of SC3's source, implementation, and changes.  We can also integrate some of jame's rtf's into the help...

Apple's help framework uses HTML, so we can use the whole PHP idea that was floating around before.  We can even have php generate special apple help tags for indexing and such, and it would work on both the web and applehelp.  That would allow us to put the help both on the web and included with sc.

Any ideas?  When do people think we could get the ball rolling on this?  I think it is an important first step.
